For more than thirty years, we have dedicated our business activities to the food industry, with particular attention to the canning and preserving industry, designing and developing machinery for pulp extraction, the production of fruit and vegetable puree, the dosing and filling of foods products in containers. Chopping of fruit and vegetables

From chopping to pulp extraction, up to and including dosing and packaging. The canning industry requires a very broad machine population and VALFOR, based in Parma, is able to furnish any type of system of guaranteed quality and technological efficiency. The rugged structure of the chopping and dosing machines and integrated safety systems guarantee maximum operator protection. The product is chopped using pre-cutting blades and bottom knives integrated in the system and installed on a rotating disc.
